The site is the exclusive property of Malambr\u00ec Alessandra and is entirely managed by it.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">These general conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on the site between users and the seller. Any information on the products offered for sale can be requested from our customer service, by e-mail to info@malambrishop.it<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b>  How to conclude the contract with the seller<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on the site, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and send it to the seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">The order form sent to the seller through the site has the value of a contractual proposal and is subject to these general conditions of sale, which are an integral part of the order itself and that the buyer, by transmitting the order, must accept in full and without any reservation.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will be provided with a summary of the order placed, the relative price (including all applicable taxes), the chosen payment method, the methods and costs of shipping and delivery.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">You will also be asked to carefully read and accept these general conditions of sale, including the information on the right of withdrawal contained therein, as well as the privacy policy; to print and \/ or store a copy and finally to give consent to the processing of personal data provided.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">In case of availability of the ordered products, the order form will be accepted by the seller by sending an order confirmation email to the e-mail address provided by you, which will contain &nbsp;a summary of the order placed and a description of the characteristics of the product ordered. The order form, the seller&#8217;s order confirmation and the general terms and conditions applicable to the relationship between the parties, will be stored electronically by the seller in its computer systems.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">The contract is considered finalized when you receive the order confirmation from the seller by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">Otherwise, if the requested products are not available at the time of sending the order form, the seller will promptly communicate any unavailability and the timing for any restocking. You will then be asked to confirm, always electronically, the acceptance of the timing for the replenishment of the requested product, as communicated by the seller. Online credit card transactions are made directly on the Bank&#8217;s website and the buyer&#8217;s credit card information is typed directly on the website of the bank that manages the transaction (with very high security systems); Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No computer archive of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Malambr\u00ec Alessandra<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">contains, or stores, such data.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b>  Shipping and delivery of products<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">The seller undertakes to deliver the products to the address communicated by the customer in the purchase order, by express courier<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">The shipment will be made about one working day after the order and will be delivered to the customer from 2\/3 working days in ITALY.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">The delivery terms are purely indicative and have no contractual value.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">The seller cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to your inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">Shipping costs are charged to the customer, they are calculated at the time of placing the order. Through the ODR platform, the consumer can send a complaint relating to a contract concluded online with Malambr\u00ec Alessandra and thus activate the online dispute resolution procedure.
